Questions we get a lot
Do I need a contract?
No. Season plans are month-to-month and you can pause or cancel with a week's notice. Nothing auto-renews without a heads-up email first.
What if it rains on my mow day?
We shift you to the next dry day on the route and text you the change. You're never charged for a visit we didn't make.
Are you insured?
Yes — $2M general liability plus workers' comp on every crew member, and we'll email a certificate on request.
Do you bag the clippings?
We mulch by default because it feeds the lawn. Bagging is available for $10 per visit or free during leaf season.
How do I pay?
Card on file billed the first of each month, or per-visit invoicing by text. No fees either way.
